We are here to provide information about our proposed
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program
at the University of South Carolina Beaufort, South Carolina's
newest four-year university.
  • Discover nursing--an excellent career choice for men and women. Find out more about a career in the nursing profession and the opportunity for study right here in the Lowcountry.
  • Career pathways--Registered nurses (RN's) take a state certification exam after completing a two-year associate's degree. BSN nurses take the certification exam after completing a four-year baccalaureate degree. You cannot go on to graduate school in nursing unless you have the BSN degree.
